Moritz 2f54b5a085 Initial commit: Helios Tracker location responder app 
Minimal Android app that receives LOCATE commands via ntfy push
notifications and replies with GPS coordinates + battery level.
Uses WorkManager, FusedLocationProvider, and OkHttp.
