Fix tap-to-rotate and GPS cancel crash

- Tap on non-selected icon rotates instead of opening, flag
  prevents onSelect from double-firing
- GpsService.stop() for clean cancellation
- LoadingView stops GPS on hide (BACK button)
- LoadingDelegate allows BACK to cancel GPS acquisition
